My child’s measurements don’t match the standard sizes, what should I do?
If your child is between sizes, choose the size that is closest to the child’s Hip measurements.
What if I want to order a custom size?
We are happy to make custom shorts. Please note that our custom shorts are non-refundable and non-returnable, so double check your measurements.
When should my child wear the shorts?
Wear time is dependent on each child’s needs and activity level. Shorts should only be worn when the child is free to move. Hip Helpers are not intended to be worn as sleepwear.
How long will it take to receive my shorts?
If you order a standard size, the shorts typically ship within 2 business days, from our Virginia office. We ship via US Mail. Most customers receive their shorts within 4-7 business days. If you order custom shorts please allow 7-10 extra days for fabrication.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship internationally. Shipping to Canada is $30. For all other international orders, shipping is $45.Â
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: For orders of 8 or less Hip Helpers, please add the international shipping charge and your order will be shipped via the postal service. If you are placing a larger international order or would like to use a different shipping carrier, please contact us for a quote and to arrange shipping hiphelpers@gmail.com
Can we return or exchange Hip Helpers that do not fit?
Standard sizes in NEW condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you are exchanging, you may place a new order for a different size and return the original shorts with a copy of your receipt. You will be refunded when the shorts are received. Custom sizes are NOT RETURNABLE. Â Please return the unused Hip Helpers to us at 2005 Echo Cove, Virginia Beach, VA 23454 and include a copy of your receipt so that we can link it to your order for an exchange or refund.
