Prices are for U.S. orders only. See the infomation near the bottom of this form concerning international orders. Please contact Hip Helpers for more information before you order if you have additional questions.

When you get to the the shopping cart page, you can adjust the number of items ordered below,
or remove items from the shopping cart (click Update Cart on the shopping cart page after making changes to the cart). Then click the link to Continue Shopping (which will bring you back here) or click Checkout, will take you to PayPal, a secure site where you'll enter billing/shipping information.
